1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sensilla platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Sensilla, Inc. provides AI-powered managed security services including Network Detection and Response (NDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and Vulnerability Management. Services are delivered through our cloud-based platform and supported by our U.S.-based Security Operations Center.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify Sensilla immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Services; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; or (e) use the Services to transmit malicious code.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described therein. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. Sensilla processes your data solely to deliver and improve the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, models, and documentation provided through the Services are the property of Sensilla, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

7. Service Availability and SLAs

Sensilla strives to maintain high availability of all Services. Specific uptime commitments and remedies are defined in your service agreement or order form. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Sensilla's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sensilla, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Sensilla may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases, and Sensilla will handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

12. Changes to These Terms

Sensilla may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
